The following rules were established to maintain high standard of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind. Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time modification may be necessary.
· Absolutely no use or possession of illegal substances are permitted on the parks property.
· NO Fireworks are permitted to be discharged on the parks property.
· NO Firearms are permitted to be discharged on the parks property.
· No Tents or other dwellings in RV sites.
· ALL RV’s must be in good overall condition, well maintained and have underpinning installed during freezing temperatures.
· NO electric heaters may be used!
· Tennant must use tracer wire or other approved method to prevent waterlines from freezing during freezing temperatures.
· A sewer hose seal (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is REQUIRED on all sewer hookups. Do not jam your sewer hose all the way down into the inlet as it can prevent flow from other sites and could stop up the line.
· All Water lines and sewer lines must be free from leaks.
· Do not leave loose garbage and garbage bags outside during the day or overnight, please place it in dumpster at park entrance. Please make sure dumpster lids are closed at all times. All cigarette/cigar butts must be disposed of properly.
· No Swimming pools or free running water. Tennant are not allowed to leave faucets drip. No filling of potable water containers or barrels is permitted.
· Each site is limited to one (1) RV and two (2) Vehicles. Park Management most approve additional vehicles. There shall only be a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per RV.
· Tenants shall NOT wash their vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, or trailers at the park. Tennant may request permission from park management to wash their RV.
· No tenants shall work on their vehicle at the park. No oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
· Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted in the park.
· Recreational use of motorized bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs within the park are not permitted.
· Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. No loud music. This is strictly enforced.
· Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for their children’s safe conduct and any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause. Unsupervised children who cause disruption for other tenants may be asked to leave the park with their entire group.
· Please respect privacy of fellow tenants - Do NOT walk through occupied sites.
· Common Courtesy will prevail between all persons in the park. Profane, Abusive, or Threatening language or actions directed at management or other tenants are prohibited. Anyone engaging in such activity will be evicted from the Park. Any tenant whose actions interfere with the operation of the park will be evicted.
· The speed limit in the park and to the park from Farnum Road is 5 mph. Please be aware of pedestrians and animals in the roadways.
· Campfires are allowed within your lot, ONLY if a fire ring is used. Also, please note that campfires may be completely restricted during the mid-summer months when the fire danger is high. Fires must never be higher than 2 feet. Fire rings are for firewood ONLY - Food scraps, cigarette butts, plastic, aluminum cans, bread ties etc. do not belong. Never leave fires unattended!!! Always extinguish fires completely when leaving them for any amount of time. Charcoal and gas grills are allowed.
· No trimming or wood gathering from trees unless approved by park management.
· Maximum of two (2) pets are welcome. However, all pets must be leashed and under physical control of the owner/handler at all times! Pet pens, cages, kennels, etc. are not allowed. No unruly and barking pets will be tolerated. Please do not leave your pet outside unattended and be sure to pick up their feces, as it is not up to other tenants or park management to clean up after your pet. Please be considerate of pet’s tolerance to heat, cold and other inclement weather.
· Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by park management.
The management reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations and to evict for any infraction thereof. The owners have made every effort to make this facility safe for all. However, anyone using these facilities must do so at their own risk, as we will not assume any responsibility for the safety of anyone. Farnum Park, LLC is not responsible for fire, theft or damage in any way to any trailer, vehicle, RV, or other personal property of any and all campers, renters and/or visitors.
